ACCESSIBILITY AND SPECIAL FACILITIES

ASSISTANCE / SERVICE ANIMALS

Trained guide, hearing and assistance dogs are welcome at Coopers Stadium.

BOOKINGS

Disabled, Mobility Restricted, Sight & Hearing Impaired Bookings – Ticketek has a dedicated line for special needs ticketing purchases and enquiries – phone 1300 665 915. Alternatively, you can book via a Ticketek Agency or at the Stadium Ticket Offices.

DISABLED PARKING

There is no public parking, including mobility restricted parking, available at the Stadium.

Mobility restricted parking is available in the Adelaide Entertainment Centre car park, subject to availability. Vehicles must display the appropriate permit from the Motor Registration Department.

DISABLED STADIUM ACCESS

Coopers Stadium caters for a large number of people and most seating can only be accessed by stairs.

Coopers Stadium has an entrance located at Holden Street which provides disabled access to the Western Stand. The Manton Street entrance provides disabled access to the Northern, Southern and Eastern stands. Check ticket details to determine your designated entrance.

Corporate Suite ticket holders can enter through the Corporate Entry located at the northern end of the Western Stand off Holden Street.

LIFTS

There are two lifts available for use by patrons with mobility restrictions. One is in the Western Stand and the other is in the Eastern Stand. A ramp providing access to the Northern, Southern and Eastern Stands is located at the rear of the Eastern Stand.

SIGHT IMPAIRED

Patrons with sight impairment who do not wish to sit in general seating areas may purchase seats in our Mobility Restricted areas to ensure easy access to and from the Stadium. See the Wheelchair Access section for details on purchasing tickets.

SPECIAL NEEDS AND COMPANION CARD BOOKINGS

Information regarding Special Needs and Companion Card bookings is available on 1300 665 915.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

Wheelchair and mobility restricted seating is available throughout the Stadium, with seating for accompanying companions. As per all seating in the Stadium, these areas are subject to availability.

Wheelchair and mobility restricted seating can only be booked by phoning 1300 665 915 or by visiting an agency or the Stadium Ticket Offices.

Wheelchair and mobility restricted seating in the Western Stand is reserved seating. In the Northern, Southern and Eastern Stands, it is general admission and unallocated.

Disabled toilet facilities are located throughout the venue.


FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Coopers Stadium has fixed and mobile food and beverage outlets available for events. The Stadium offers a wide variety of confectionery, and soft and alcoholic beverages. Food items are limited to baguettes, gourmet sausages, hot chips, wedges, pizza slices, hot dogs, pies, pasties, sausage rolls and other similar items. The range of product offerings may vary from event to event depending on audience size and event type.

CAMERAS, VIDEOS & RECORDING DEVICES

Non-accredited photographic equipment and recording devices for commercial purposes, including audio and video equipment, are not permitted in the Stadium due to copyright laws.

DISRUPTIVE PATRON BEHAVIOUR

Patrons are responsible for their own conduct whilst in the Stadium and must pay for the cost of repair of any damage caused to the Stadium as a result of their conduct. Spectator Behaviour – Patrons agree to comply with the FFA Spectator Code of Behaviour, a copy of which is available at www.footballaustralia.com.au.

ENTRANCES

Coopers Stadium has an entrance located on Holden Street which services the Western Stand, and the main entrance on Manton Street which services the Northern, Southern and Eastern stands. Check ticket details to determine your designated entrance.

Corporate Suite ticket holders can enter through the Corporate Entry located at the northern end of the Western Stand off Holden Street.

As soon as event running times are available they will be listed on this website. These times are subject to change.

PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED ITEMS

Prohibited/Restricted Items – The following is a non-exhaustive list of items that are prohibited by law and are not permitted to enter the Stadium:
(a) illegal substances including controlled, dangerous or illicit drugs; and
(b) flares, fireworks, weapons, explosives and smoke bombs.

The following items are considered restricted and are not permitted to enter the Stadium:
(a) alcoholic beverages;
(b) glass bottles, cans and breakable containers;
(c) missiles of any description;
(d) recreational equipment such as skateboards, rollerblades and bicycles;
(e) animals and pets (other than Assistance Dogs);
(f) laser pointers;
(g) non-accredited photographic equipment and recording devices for commercial purposes including audio and video equipment;
(h) confetti or shredded paper;
(i) flag poles composed of materials other than plastic or wood or greater than 1.5 metres in length;
(j) signs, banners, flags and clothing displaying offensive, political, National, racial or unauthorised commercial material;
(k) eskies, coolers and iceboxes too large to be stored under a seat; and
(l) any item determined by FFA, Club or Stadium Management that may cause injury, public nuisance or which is deemed dangerous to fellow spectators.

SECURITY SCREENING

Persons and their possessions may be subject to searches before entering the Stadium and may be subject to search upon exit. Persons who refuse to participate may be denied entry or asked to leave the Stadium. Any person having entered the Stadium and found to be in possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Item/s, shall have such item confiscated and may be evicted from the Stadium.

STANDING DURING EVENTS

It is not unusual at some events for patrons to stand in front of their seats to enjoy the event. This is permitted. However, patrons should consider others around them.

SURVEILLANCE

For the safety and security of patrons and staff, surveillance cameras may be operating in and around the Stadium.

All persons entering the Stadium consent to having their image recorded and held for a specified period. In the event of an incident, any footage obtained may be provided to FFA, Club, Police or Contract Security Provider and used to prosecute or support the implementation of a ban on a person, or for other law enforcement purposes.

TICKET OFFICE

Coopers Stadium has Ticket Offices located on Holden Street and Manton Street. These Ticket Offices are open approximately 90 minutes prior to the start time on event days. Pre-purchased tickets may be collected from the Stadium Ticket Offices on event days only.

The Adelaide Entertainment Centre has a Ticket Office on Port Road. The Ticket Office is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Pre-purchased tickets for Coopers Stadium may be collected from the Adelaide Entertainment Centre Ticket Office during these hours.

TICKETS

All patrons entering the Stadium must have a valid ticket for that event. Tickets must be carried at all times and produced upon request.

UMBRELLAS

Umbrellas are permitted into the Stadium but, for the comfort of others, must not be raised in the seating or concourse areas.


TRANSPORT FACILITIES

BICYCLE

Bicycle parking rails are located adjacent to the Holden Street and Manton Street entrances to the Stadium.

BUSES

CAR PARKING

The most convenient place to park when visiting Coopers Stadium is at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre which is located approximately 300m from the Stadium. The cost is $4 for attendees of Coopers Stadium events and there are more than 1,400 spaces available (Car park closes strictly 90 minutes after the conclusion of Coopers Stadium events and additional parking fees are applicable thereafter). Note that car parking may not be available to Coopers Stadium attendees when a major concert is being staged at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. TRAIN

The Bowden Train Station is within approximately 400m of Coopers Stadium. Click here for details on train timetables.

TRAM

The Tram is the cheapest and most convenient way to travel to and from Coopers Stadium from the City. Tram services between the City and the Coopers Stadium precinct are free of charge and services operate with a good level of frequency. The tram station located closest to Coopers Stadium is situated in front of the Adelaide Entertainment Centre which is approximately a 300m walk to the Stadium. TAXIS

The Taxi Rank is located at the corner of Manton Street and Hindmarsh Place adjacent to the Eastern Stand entry to Coopers Stadium.


VENUE FACILITIES

ATM FACILITIES

Automatic Teller Machines are located in the Western and Eastern Stands. There can be lengthy line-ups to access ATMs during peak periods, and therefore guests are advised to bring ample cash with them to avoid delays.

FIRST AID

Coopers Stadium has First Aid rooms located in the Southern Stand. Volunteers from St John attend most events. Please ask our friendly staff immediately should you or a companion be in need of assistance.

Pass outs are issued at the discretion of Stadium management. Should pass-outs be granted, patrons wishing to re-enter the Stadium must present both the pass-out and a valid ticket to regain entry. Persons may be subject to searches upon Stadium re-entry.

POLICE

Coopers Stadium has a Police Room located in the Southern Stand. Police attend most events. Please ask our friendly staff immediately should you or a companion be in need of assistance.

SMOKING POLICY

Coopers Stadium is a non-smoking venue and smoking within the venue is prohibited. You will need to obtain a pass out to exit the Stadium to enable you to smoke outside the venue. Ask our friendly staff for directions. Should pass-outs be granted, patrons wishing to re-enter the Stadium must present both the pass-out and a valid ticket to regain entry. Persons will be subject to searches upon Stadium re-entry.

TOILETS/BABY CHANGE FACILITIES

Male and female toilets are located throughout the Stadium, including disabled toilets. Baby change facilities are located in the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western Stands. Ask our friendly staff for directions.
